SMGN-0953 Japanese National Flag with Bamboo extension Pole

The flag is about 16″x30″ and has some sort of batting sewn into the edges. I assume this is to give the lightweight silk some extra weight to fly the flag properly. The pole is expertly crafted from varying pieces of bamboo. There is one piece that has separated, likely from the wood shrinking over the years. There is another section that has some damage. The damage does not effect the ability to use or display the flag. The Pole is about 40″ fully extended.  A very unique item for your display.
