This eagle was painted gold with a fine paint similar or identical to a factory coating. It was done after the repair was made but no way to know when or why. Was it repurposed as a KM eagle? A general officer? No way to know. Since the photos, the repaired/new pin has broken off and lost so you will just have the one pin
