A desirable small size banner for easy display. There is s small square of fabric missing from two corners, likely from when it was ripped off a wall or something. There is soiling as you can see.
This has a lesser seen small roundel on each side that is 5.5 inches. There is no pole pass through. It’s possible this was a large desk flag.
