It’s maker stamped NV.P.F.vVLissingen & Co SKATOENFABR: Helmond (Holland)
Mint condition flag with no holes. A desirable medium size, not too big for display. Has a perfume smell to it from the last owner. Not sure why? An old lady type perfume. Not unpleasant, but noticeable. I assume with a no detergent gentle wash it would go away.
