SMGO-0446 Third Reich SA/SS (Sturmabteilung) Flag Bearers Gorget

Early SA/SS standard bearer gorget with the early RZM button. This gorget features a starburst design with a central swastika with an early party eagle on the disc similar to those on SA belt buckles. The reverse presents the early original RZM button and lined with black wool felt. This one is in great shape over all! Nickel plate with brass starburst and nickel-plated brass chain. One of tabs shows tool marks from being bent up at some point to deal with the chain. It looks broken but it is not, these were made with a short prong that was bent over to ensure the chain didn’t get lost. The gorget is in uncleaned or polished condition as it was found.
