SMGO-0491 Wehrpass “Franz Fischer” With Employment note and disability card

This guy got reassigned a few times. Nothing too interesting, however. Comes with an employment letter and card saying that he was 30% disabled. This card indicates that an employer after the war was obligated to hire at least one severely disabled person. The alternative was to hire two partially disabled people. Interesting stuff!
