A desirable smaller (or medium) sized flag that is also naval proofed and in mint condition with no holes, stains or anything detrimental that i could find. Pretty much impossible to upgrade.
As a bonus, it has a second proof mark on the red field which is where the ink was from the flag under it. Not intentional, but you can clearly see what it is!
