SMGO-0557 52×31″ Single Sided NSDAP banner

An interesting banner for a number of reasons. First, it’s made in the podium banner style where as it has a roundel on only one side. Second, it has extra fabric at the top, past the pole loop/tunnel. I assume the tunnel was added later and the excess fabric was never removed, but i can’t tell for sure. Lastly, the banner was folded up at the bottom and sewn to shorten it or potentially add weight for it to hand better. Im leaning toward a professionally modified (shortened) banner. Eitherway, it’s a very nice medium sized banner with light soiling.
