SMGO-1331 An Order of Franz Joseph, Knight In Bronze Gilt

A rare award and the first one I have had to offer. These were made in pure gold, Silver plated and Gilded bronze as this one. The gilt has held up well over its life time with the only significant finish loss on the front side of the crown. The enamels are perfect on the front. However, the rear cross arms show significant enamel damage. The original ribbon is very brittle and has some glue on the back from a display bord. A fantastic opportunity to pick up a hard-to-find award!
