This is a pre RZM piece as we can see by the unusual fabric choice for the Swastika. The small textile shops would use what ever they had laying around of whatever they could get cheaply, o from time to time we see patterned fabric like this for the Swastika. It’s a bit faded as well, likely from sitting on a display wall that got direct sun.
