SMGP-1510 Stag Grip Bayonet by WKC *SOLD

Well this bad boy just popped into our hands and let me tell you, its a winner. The scabbard is tops, with most of the paint and no dents. Check out the frog, its in good shape, but the awesome thing about it is the extra wool felt sewn into the original leather to protect the uniform of the wearer! You almost never see this! On to the blade, we have a striking chrome plate with no oxidation and very minor wear, no crazy runner marks or anything. There are a few nicks in the blade, looks like the GI who brought it home did some play fighting with another GI as the nicks looks like a result of contact with another blade. Other then that, the blade is a super star. The hilt is in great shape, but does show some oxidation on the topside/palm side and some minor scuffs and dings. Overall, I think its easily one of the best examples available on the market right now.
