Description
This is a desirable double proofed HJ dagger. The scabbard shell looks like really good through out with a working leather snap.
These transitional Eickhorns tend to show up later then other producers. This is a ’41 in pretty good shape overall. The problem with this dagger is the grip plate was repaired and it is quite obvious. We see movement on one side of the the grip, glue showing near the hilt and rivets that were modified on the maker mark side. The diamond shows some movement as you would hope. So, If you want a good looking HJ without spending $600, this is a great option.
