Over 20 commendation letters that mention Photo Recon or air force it was attached to. A few are modern copies, but most are war time copies. The most significant of the letters is a victory order of the day from IKE. This one is then memo’d to the first tactical Air Force. These are very interesting for anyone researching the 34th Recon Squadron.
Roger Aubry was in the 34th Photo Recon Squadron in WW2 which saw extensive air missions come their way. A highly praised unit. After the War, Aubry was actively involved in organizing reunions and record keeping.
