SMGP-966 Mid period M1.72 by Fritz Zimmerman scarce variant *SOLD

Here we have a nice Zimmerman, an earlier RZM variant from the transition around 1935. You will notice an unusual catch and a “dot” instead of a “slash” between the M1 and 72. The condition is outstanding as well with most of the silver finish in place. A slight color blemish in the white field is the only thing holding this back from being perfect in my mind. A nice hard one to find for the type collector.
