This is the so called “raptor fake”. I has two talons instead of the normal three on each foot and is similar to a genuine spange made by Mayer. It has an artificially worn look and the incorrect hardware on the back for this maker. It is marked “R” for repro on the back. I would look great on a reenactors uniform.
