Description
Looks like final or near final movement orders for a group of PFC’s Underlined in Red is “Bernard Engel”.
From the family of 2nd LT B-17 Bombardier Richard Fetter. Fetter was assigned to the 92nd Bombardment Group (H) Army Air Forces on August 25th 1944. He survived the war and completed 35 Bombing missions over Europe including Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Nurmburg, Cologne and many others. He was awarded the Air Medal with 5 Oakleaf Clusters. It is unknown why Fetter had Timberwolf post surrender documents but he may have been reassigned after he was no longer needed as an active bomber crew member. Or, perhaps he had a friend or relative in the Timberwolves. This document may be tied to the Timberwolves documents but i’m not sure.
