SMGQ-0461 Plate Machine ID plate from a Japanese Zero fighter

So the story with this is that it was taken from a Japanese Zero. The recovering service man was a seabee who was send to Saipan after the battle to do repairs to the air strip. The writing translates to “fuel cell” and says it was made in Feb 1945. So I’m assuming this was on one of the planes fuel tanks but i could be wrong. If you know more specifically please e mail me.
