SMGO-1229 Luftwaffe Heated Flight Jacket

A beautiful and rare flight jacket! Amazing condition velvet lining with electric connector still present.  The exterior has light wear and soiling, but very nice overall! The breast eagle is hand sewn. The main zipper is missing the little metal guide on the opposite side that first goes into the side with the pull. It does still work without it but maybe a proper repair would be nice. The heated glove ports are removed and sewn over. This seems to have been a proper war time alteration as many are missing these but still have the main heating element. The jacket is on the smaller side and surely does not fit my 200lb 5’10 frame! A fantastic opportunity to pick up this rare jacket for your Luftwaffe pilot display. The Jacket does not come with the hat. It is for display purposes only.
