SMGM-3812 Late Period RZM SA Dagger by Eickhorn

This is a very nice untouched dagger overall. Starting with the plated guards, we see some minor lifting but nothing too distracting. The grip is a nice center grain with a distinct pattern. Not a tiger or burl, but real nice to look at. The grip eagle is perfectly set and in mint condition. The SA roundel looks good with only some light signs of age. The pommel nut shows no tools marks and is more then finger tight, so i have not felt the need to take it down for inspection. It likely has never been taken down. The blade is in good condition but does show runner marks and some light oxidation in spots. There has been no effort to clean it other then a wipe down. The painted scabbard has a slight dent on one side and some type of stain or marker on the other. Other wise, the paint and condition is excellent. The chrome plated upper and lower fittings look great. The ball end is perfect and hard to find in this condition. There is minor plate lifting near the screw heads. The screws are un touched and as sharp as the day they left the factor, a rare treat to find. The RZM marked hanger is in top condition as well with no problems at all. A great pick up!
