SMGL-2843 WW1 Bavarian Etched Artillery Saber by Eickhorn Pattern 270

1 in stock

A gorgeous pattern #270 here! Full nickeled hilt and basket option! The blade is in fantastic condition with no nicks or oxidation. Just a tiny bit of plating popping in the etched fields. The only wear on the blade is from withdrawal from the scabbard. There is a small bit of chrome flaking on the front of the basket but it is not offensive at all. The grip wire is nice and tight. The scabbard appears to have the original paint and the paint is  about 95%. There is a dent on each side about a third of the way down. The blade is snug due to this.

Overall, a very nice condition sword for being 100 years old! A true early Eickhorn classic right here!
