SMGN-0874 Army dagger by Alcoso

The price is reflective of a scabbard modification on this dagger. The scabbard throat has been hammered in order for a better fit under the cross guard. Why not filed down the throat? I have no idea. Makes for a tight fit though. The blade is pretty nice on this dagger, but you can see a few dings where the hemmer also hit the blade during this modification. The scabbard shows some oxidation but is dent free. The grip is very nice but does show a crack under the ferrule that has been repaired with some crazy glue or similar product. It’s not a mess and was well done. If you are in the market for a value dagger that displays nice, this may be an option for you.
