SMGN-0920 Later period SA dagger M7/85 by Artur Evertz

A nice looking dagger all around. The guard to grip fitment is very nice with this dagger (for a late period anyway). The fittings are plated and show some typical plate lifting but not too bad. The grip is a reddish orange color and is nearly perfect.  The blade does show evidence of some light oxidation that’s been cleaned up and some heavier oxidation pitting at the tip. Nicely restored without messing up too much of the cross graining and not over polished. The scabbard is a winner with 95% or better of the original paint and some very small dents that are hard to even notice. The ball end fitting is perfect which is always a treat with these daggers. The lower screws show no signs of being turned at all. A nice dagger for your collection.
