A 5 by 6″ blue/green small award folder. Embossed with the NSRL logo on the front although it is hard to see on the scan. Bronze metal leaf device. Isenberg was killed at only 18 years old from a gunshot to the neck. There is a letter from his company commander available separately that speaks to his death.
