SMGO-0449 Pattern 1693 – Wrangel By Eickhorn

Part of the desirable Field marshal series, this sword offers the owner a lot of detail in a dove head style. The hilt on this sword is in great shape with no issues. The blade is 33″ and shows some significant dings in the edge from sword play. There is also some oxidation and scuffs at the tip. There is a little play in the handle as well, presumably form the shock during the sword play. The scabbard is in decent shape but does have a big kink at the very tip. So, it has some significant issues the purchaser should be aware of, but that’s why it’s hundreds of dollars cheaper then what nicer versions go for. It’s a good way to get into the Field Marshall series on the cheap!
