SMGP-1250 WW1 Saw back Dress Bayonet *SOLD

The blade on this thing is an absolute stunner! I give it a 9.5 out of 10 with only the slightest signs of age. The blade is chrome plated. The plating on the hilt is in great shape, but does show more wear due to its exposure to the elements. There are a few dents on the very end, as I’m sure someone foolishly used this thing as a hammer. There is very minimal oxidation on this bad boy and even the scabbard is dent free and retains most of its original finish. The bayonet even comes with the proper 1915 stamped frog! This is really a top notch piece and would be a high light of a bayonet collection. These Saw backs are tough to find in this condition!
