SMGP-2290 deutsche Reichsbahn Serving bowl for Hitlers Staff dining Car #244

A difficult to find shallow bowl. This one has a bit of plate lifting to the finish on the inside of the bowl and this main area of concern was recently polished to remedy the area. You may want to polish the whole inside and treat with a wax protection paste to prevent further oxidation. However, i doubt it will worsen if you don’t.  It’s very small and spotty, not like big flakes are coming off. Can you imagine Hitler being served something from here or maybe even eating a potato leek soup from it?
