SMGR-0004 Letter From District Economic office 1941

A letter that addresses the concern of someone about a sensitive or confidential security measure. It goes on to instruct the reader to forward future concerns to subordinate departments. Apparently this office was too far up the chain to deal with trivial matters. The stamp on the top is bled through from the lower stamp when it was folded in quarters. Comes with original envelope as well.
