SMGO-0866 Heer Officers Dagger by Eickhorn With Hangers

A fantastic near mint example with second style cross guard. The scabbard is a gorgeous grey color and the silver finish is near 100%. There is a small indentation on one side and a dent in the very tip. The blade shows only the slightest signs of wear and is an easy 9 out of 10. the guard and pommel show some wear to the finish at the high areas but it matches the wear on the scabbard nicely. There is a small chip to the underside of the wreath from someone putting the scabbard on backwards and the wreath catching the throat screw. It’s only noticeable with the dagger laying down and cannot be seen head on. Outside of some superficial stress marks in the grip, there is no damage and under the portepee looks good too. The portepee shows some light wear. The hangers are the standard type and in good condition with some wear to the bullion and a lot of silver finish remaining. A nice, ready to display dagger here!
