SMGL-2564 Lufwaffe Map case W/pilot style map cover and map

This is a nice set with extras! The leather is really nice and soft and still usable.  Stitches have come undone in a few spots but no damage to the leather and is repairable. Still usable as is. Inside is a white map holder dated 1940. There is also a brow map holder with a grid set up to show KM distance on the appropriate scale map. I’m not sure if this was standard for all map cases or if this was only for map cases for pilots. Shoot me an email if you know. The map is the map that was found in it, which is most of southern Germany and other parts of the east. There is some writing on it, tracing some roads, but nothing significant from what i can tell. The map is actually in very good condition. There are no other dates that i can find on the leather. There is also a small plastic protractor. A really nice set that would be fantastic for a luftwaffe uniform display or other more detailed display.
