SMGN-0705 Second Model Luftwaffe dagger by SMF w/Simulated Ivory grip

This is a real looker overall. The rarely encountered simulated Ivory Grip was an upgrade option on private purchase daggers. This grip is in outstanding condition overall and has pronounced simulated grain. The swastika on the guard has been factory polished to stand out and also has been expertly fitted to the scabbard so there is a very pleasing fit when you place the blade in the scabbard. It will make you smile for sure! The blade is the standard type and does not show any cross grain. It looks to have been finished in a parallel fashion unlike the perpendicular cross grain we usually see. The blade shows no water damage or bad wear marks. The scabbard is fantastic with all of the original graying present on the steel shell. There is no doubt that this dagger was well taken care of and it shows. A very fine near mint example.
