SMGQ-0477 WW1 1st Division Brodie Helmet

A beautiful 1915 Brodie with an aggressive sand camo added to it. The yellow and red Insignia has faded into the shell which is typical of this unit’s helmets. The insignia is entirely intact and has also helped to keep the sand texture in perfect shape in that spot as well. There are spots on the helmet where the sand texture has come off and a few shallow dents.  Comes with a good original liner with no major issues which is a rarity these days. No chin strap. The helmet is marked “V/0335 under the front brim with the seam weld at the rear. A must have for any “BIG RED ONE” fan!
