Model 1933 SS dagger by Klaas Transitional
Description
An outstanding lesser seen Klaas SS dagger with a beautiful blade with just a touch of oxidation here and there. The grip to guard fitment is nearly perfect and the grip is in amazing condition except for a small dent on the back. The guards are unmarked but solid nickel, indicating that this was likely a period were the gau markings were abandoned but the RZM system had not yet been put into place. The scabbard is a painted variety, and it is very hard to tell but might be a repainted anodized shell. The fittings are all nickel, which would be traditional on an anodized scabbard and a transitional anomaly on a painted scabbard. A fantastic dagger in hand!
